What will you be doing as Cooperating Foreman - Production?

As Foreman Production you are the pivot between work preparation and production. You work actively on the shop floor and at the same time manage your colleagues. You ensure that production runs smoothly and that our safe storage products are produced on time and according to the correct quality requirements.

 

You are responsible for:

  • Participating in the production of electrical and mechanical products.

  • Managing and supervising colleagues on the shop floor.

  • Preparing projects and preparing work orders.

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings.

  • Ordering materials and managing inventory.

  • Be the link between work preparation and production.

  • Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum MBO 3 working and thinking level in a technical direction.

  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Leadership skills or the ambition to develop them further.

  • Experience reading technical drawings and preparing work orders.

  • In possession of driver's license B.

  • In possession of or willing to obtain: NEN 3140 (VP) and/or VCA-basis.
