What will you do as a Financial Administrative Assistant?

We are looking for a motivated Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing financial data and supporting our finance department.

 

Job Description:

• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and annual statements

• Conducting bank transactions and managing cash flows

• Supporting in the preparation and verification of budgets and forecasts

• Handling VAT returns and other tax obligations

• Contributing to the optimization of financial processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of an MBO diploma in financial administration or similar

• Knowledge of Exact Online is a plus

• Experience with general ledger accounts and financial administration at group level

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs

• Accurate, proactive, and able to work independently

• Good communication skills and team spirit
